These terms govern purchases from rawkology.com. Rawkology is the store name displayed on this site and the independent retailer responsible for customer support on Rawkology orders.
Product and source information
Product pages identify the disclosed source listing and seller where applicable. Marketplace, seller and brand names do not imply affiliation, endorsement or authorized-dealer status. Images and specifications may be provided by the source listing, as explained in our sourcing standard.
Availability and acceptance
An order request is subject to availability and payment confirmation. Source availability is rechecked before fulfilment. Rawkology may cancel and refund an item that is unavailable, materially changed, incorrectly priced or cannot be fulfilled as described. We will not substitute a materially different item without consent.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The active payment provider and any payment terms are presented at checkout. An order is not accepted merely because an automated acknowledgment was sent.
Fulfilment
Every order is dispatched by Rawkology from our warehouse in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, and carried by FedEx. Items sourced to order from a marketplace listing are received into that warehouse first; the source seller does not ship to the customer directly. Because the parcel originates outside the United States, each order is an international shipment; FedEx acts as carrier and customs broker and clears the parcel on the customer’s behalf. Returns
Return eligibility, method, timing and shipping responsibility are governed by the published Returns & refunds policy. An authorized return is sent to our Hong Kong return facility. On a change-of-mind return the customer pays that international return postage, which can be a significant proportion of the item price on lower-value orders.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or interfere with store operation.
