This policy explains how Rawkology handles personal information submitted through rawkology.com.
Information we collect
We may collect contact, delivery, order, account and support-message information, plus technical data such as IP address, browser and cookies needed to operate and secure the store.
How we use it
We use information to provide the site, process and support orders, prevent fraud, communicate about purchases, comply with law and improve store reliability.
Payments
When an active payment provider is available, its name and terms are shown at checkout before an order is submitted. Payment credentials are handled by that provider under its privacy and security terms; Rawkology does not ask customers to email card information.
Fulfilment sharing
We share only the order information reasonably needed with our Hong Kong dispatch warehouse, FedEx as the carrier, and the service providers that help fulfil or support the order. International dispatch requires the recipient name, delivery address and contact details to be passed to FedEx and to customs.
Retention and security
We retain records as reasonably required for support, tax, fraud prevention and legal obligations. The site uses HTTPS and access controls, but no internet transmission is guaranteed risk-free.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing support@rawkology.com. We may retain information that law or legitimate recordkeeping requires.
