Rawkology currently ships orders to delivery addresses in the United States. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, and the available delivery choices are shown at checkout.
Shipping options
- Free Standard Delivery: US$0 via USPS, estimated delivery in 15–21 business days after dispatch.
- Express FedEx Plus: US$59 via FedEx, estimated delivery in 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Tax
A 10% tax is added at checkout. It appears as its own line, and the order total — items, delivery and tax — is shown in full before you pay.
Processing time
Order preparation and processing normally takes 1–5 business days after the order is accepted. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch, not at the time the order is placed.
Delivery estimates
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, and carrier delays may occur during customs review, weather events, holiday volume, or address verification.
