Rawkology is the store name of an independent online jewellery retailer. We sell through rawkology.com and are not Walmart, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any seller or brand named in a source listing.
What we sell
Our catalog focuses on everyday necklaces, earrings, rings and bracelets. Some items are sourced to order from a third-party marketplace listing. Every eligible product page identifies the source marketplace, source seller, the warehouse the order ships from and the date availability was checked.
How fulfilment works
All stock is consolidated into our Hong Kong warehouse and every Rawkology order is dispatched from there by FedEx. Items sourced to order from a marketplace listing are received into that warehouse first, so the customer receives a single Rawkology shipment rather than a parcel forwarded by the source seller. Rawkology remains the retailer customers contact for order questions and return authorization. If a source item is unavailable when we recheck it, the Rawkology order is cancelled and refunded.
