Terms of Service

Welcome to Rawkology. These Terms govern your use of rawkology.com and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products & safety

We sell toys and gift items. Each listing states a recommended age range — please follow it. Items containing small parts are not suitable for children under 3 and should be used under adult supervision. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour or packaging can occur.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice, but changes never affect an order already placed. Payment is collected at checkout via our secure payment providers.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we send your confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if an item is unavailable or a listing contained an obvious error. You may cancel free of charge any time before dispatch.

4. Shipping & returns

Handling, transit and refund terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All site content — text, images, and branding — belongs to Rawkology or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

6. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law. Beyond what the law requires, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
