Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the United States with a flat rate of $25 per order — no matter how many toys you add to the cart. Every order is packed, quality-checked and handed to the carrier with tracking.

Order processing (1–3 business days)

After you place an order, we pick, pack and quality-check it within 1–3 business days.
Your tracking number is emailed within 3 days of placing the order, as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time (7–12 business days)

Once shipped, delivery across the US typically takes 7–12 business days.
In total, plan on roughly 8–15 business days from checkout to doorstep.
These are typical timeframes, not guaranteed dates — carrier backlogs, weather or peak season can add a few days.

Shipping cost & coverage

Flat $25 shipping per order, US delivery addresses only.
Applicable sales tax (10%) is calculated at checkout.
We currently do not ship internationally, or to PO-box-only addresses where a carrier requires a street address.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your email to follow the parcel. Allow 1–2 business days for the first carrier scan to appear. If your tracking has not moved for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@rawkology.com and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and re-delivery of a returned parcel may require a new shipping fee.
